Beans new Enclosure

I have had Bean for about 2 months. He is a 1.5 year old male veiled chameleon and one of the grumpiest chams I have seen, but I love him anyway. I have been keeping him in a DIY screen cage (I did not build it, it was given to me) but the cage was not cutting it. It is 36"x18"x48", so the size is great, but it leaks EVERYWHERE and has made a mess of my floors.

Because of this I went ahead and ordered him a new 24"x24"x48" cage. I got it all setup yesterday and transferred him to it last night (what an ordeal that was). I had to take everything out of his cage to get hi and even then he was having none of it. he only hissed at me once, but every time I would get close he would climb away, even climbing on the screen of the cage to get away from me.

Here are some pics of the old cage, Bean, and his new cage:

It is looking very good. I would suggest to add some more branches along the walls of the enclosure so he doesn't try to climb on the screen and slip. Other then that it looks very nice!

Sweet setup. I love when you can place a full plant in the enclose. Where did you order the cage from, it looks well built?

I ordered the cage from LLLReptile. I know DIYcages.com sells them as well. It is not as strong or sturdy as it looks, DIYcages may be better built.

I have the DIY cages and there are pretty well built, however I think the nature of them just being a frame with screen really does not give them much structure. I have considered adding some flat aluminum (was thinking maybe a yardstick or two) across the back to add a bit of stability. Just something to add a bit of structure to them. I was going to go browse Lowes for something today. I have 2 - 2 x 2 x 4 side by side and lashed together with heavy gauge floral wire.
