My cham just shed. i tried to get him to eat a few crickets and he wouldn't. so the bluebottle flies hatched yesterday and i put a few in. he went nuts. all of his attention was on the flies. its like i wasn't even there. it was awesome!!!! if i had a camera i would put some pics of him just catching the flies. you would have to see it to believe it. so go get you some flies and try them out. you won't regret it.

You can also get them from mantisplace.com- they sell the pupae or the spikes- It takes a couple of days for the spikes to become pupae and a couple more for the spikes to hatch- my daughter just got a bunch of hornworms from rainbow and they were the cheapest I've ever seen them. (they had a special)
Nothing is more fun than watching them eat flies .. I used to get the stable flies which are smaller when my guys/gals were smaller -
