basking temp for baby chameleons

my boyfriend also added a drain system for the water that drips into the plant
and he made a good cage liner for the bottom

I wouldn't recommend letting your dripper drip into a plant. Eventually the plant's roots will rot and the smell will be HORRIBLE (i learned this the hard way with my very first chameleon). It also harbors bacteria and fungui that can cause breathing and other health problems for your chameleon. A container with a screen over it to prevent insect (and chameleon) drownings is the best way to go to catch water from your dripper.

Four weeks old?
Oh dear....he's gonna be more like one inch long!
Better get some teenie tiny crickets and start a fruit fly culture.
Here's a picture of my veiled at between 5 and 6 weeks old on the tip of
my index finger.
