basking or stressed?

I'm 97.3% sure its just him basking because he does this wherever there is warm and sun. But does anyone else's kids do this?

yeah, seems pretty normal.
they will get a lil dark to suck in more heat.
think about a person in a black shirt on a warm sunny day,
versus a white shirt, our kids love to get warm!
