Basking light keeps sliding on screen top

I'd appreciate any recommendations on how to fix this issue. I need it to stay put in this specific area on the screen top, but the weight of the cord makes it slide back. TIA

Little piece(s) of wire (like a twistie tie-- but with the plastic coating stripped off) thru the screen and around the cord.
