Mojo just started taking some meds (baytril) when i took him to the for his eye closing and bubble blowing. He has improved a LOT in the past couple of days with no signs of bubble blowing and his eyes have opened up much more. However, i just got him a new 5.0 reptiglo light for his cage and he is getting as close as he can to the light and shutting his eyes. He only has been closing his eyes while he's up there. Is he just closing his eyes to not hurt them while he soaks in rays? or is it something else?

whats his basking temps?

whats his ambient temps?

pics of the cage?

are you governing his insects or is this all he will eat?

recommendations:

keeping your bulbs good. only dust with phos free calcium without d3.

gutload gutload gutload. check out sandrachameleons blogs on gutloading.

while on meds be sure to make sure he is getting as much hydration as you can offer.
