My 6 month eats anywhere from 5-15 insects a day. Vary his diet. Gutload the insects with varied fruits and vegis.
I supplement with calcium almost every day{light coat} multi vitamin twice a month and d3 twice a month. So far my guy is a healthy active chameleon.
There's a ton of info on these forums that would really benefit. And your chameleon.

"Basic" was maybe the wrong word. I'm looking for more specifics I guess. I've got the gut-loading, and dusting schedules worked out. Aside from crickets how many of what different types of feeders should i use. I know you said to vary his diet, but what should i do specifically?
