base of cages

ok so i am wanting to build a cage and i dont know what to put on the floor how can i build the floor?

What I did, is i built the cage frame, then build a bottom that fit the frame in it, so i can remove it when ever i wish. I am not sure if your savvy with cuts, but i just did about a 1/4" Rabbit in the bottom then just stapled some plywood to the bottom of it.

I just put a piece of smooth ply wood on the bottom than Iput on tiles

Make your floor out of PVC and drill holes put a screen under so feeders don't escape.

i was thinking of putting plywood in the bottom but covering in that sticky tile i didnt think about drainage

I use lexan or acrylic. Cut a hole and add a drain with aluminum mesh to keep in the feeders.

I used a pretty cheap product called Coroplast.

I was able to make seams in the corners to funnel the water towards my plant, and I added some drainage holes.
