Barely Moving... help?

*sigh I'm not sure what I've been doing wrong. He seemed fine to me for the past week when I first got him. I see him drinking by extending his tongue to catch the water but so at least he is hydrated. He is turning very pale, going off food and barely moving :(:(. I know I had a lot of threads going but this seems to be the one that worries me the most. He defecates once every 1-2 days. He only ate 2 crickets and 1 mealworm and he's just staying in one spot, his arms and legs are not supporting him, he is laying on his stomach and he curled his tail. I have given his Calcium for 4 days and D3 once on his crickets. He has been close to the UV bulb so he is getting his UV. His eyes are not sunken into his head so he is hydrated. He is a weird tan/light brown color. He has been in the same spot for hours. I tried to put different bulbs but that did nothing. He has 50 percent humidity. Top of his cage is just over 86 degrees and the bottom is 74 degrees so he has a gradient of temperature. I'm afraid he may have gotton MBD or Mouth Rot. I cant post any more pictures so please try to help...:(:(:confused::confused::(:(

UPDATE: His eyes are still moving around yes they are always open
