Hi my chameleon seems to have a ball thing on nose can anyone help?

Chameleons do this. They send out to the ACME company and get clown suits. First they put on the red noses then after a few days they put on the floppy clown shoes. Next thing you know it has face paint and a tutu. Not to worry its only doing it out of boredom and to freak out the owner. /s
Seriously we need a picture. If the nodule is white it could be salt accumulation or it may be infection. Post a picture and we can do better.
