Nevermind...I just found out the material! I should have just used the search option.

Is this water resistant? I want to use this my future pygmy chameleon setup. Maybe for my spotted turtle setup too.

It looks to be just pressed corkboard, available at most craft stores and also cork specialty retailers. Many people use them in their dart frog enclosures. Not sure if they're waterproof, but they do hold up a long time in high humidity/grow epiphytes quite well.
