Looks dead like a Yemen chameleon, too. They're two different names for the same animal, and yours looks like a cutie! As you may have guessed from the name, they hail from the Yemen / Saudi Arabia region.
That specimen does not have the normal number of dorsolateral spots that is typical of a Chamaeleo calyptratus (Yemen or Veiled Chameleon). It also has a broken ventrolateral stripe. If I were asked to identify that animal based on the photo alone and without any other information I would say that is a Chamaeleo africanus (African Chameleon) or more likely a Chamaeleo chamaeleon (European Chameleon) because of the larger occipital lobes.
