Is there a way to treat a 1 month old chameleon for a URI. They seem like they would be too small to be able to handle the medication.

When I took my 3 month old Jackson to a vet he didn't want to give it medication as she was too small (3 grams) he had me up her temps and use a humidifier -(which i already was) she wasn't too bad when I took her and she seems to be better now-(she's 6 months) that being said I was going to go to a "chameleon vet" if she didn't do better - My Jackson was eating and active when I took her-he didn't want to risk medicating her for fear of an overdose
(i thought she was a he and the vet didn't mention my error- I don't think he knew any better) I would most likely take the advise of a forum member with experience over the advise of my vet on how to treat it if one were to give different advice here.
