Baby Veiled

Hello everyone! We got our baby veiled chameleon about a month ago. This is our first baby, and I believe she is probably around 3 months old. I previously had a large Panther, but he passed away in early December. I have Ophelia in a small enclosure currently, because I am afraid she is too small to go into the adult enclosure, which is about 4 ft. tall. How old do they need to be until they can live in larger enclosures? I just don't want her to fall. She is a lot more steady now than she was when we got her. Any suggestions?

id put her in now.many put there chams in at around 3 months.just make sure she can see and get to her food as being in a bigger home may make it harder to find.you could also try cup feeding.
or wait for another month when you feel shes more confident and steady.

thanks a bunch! I just didn't want her to fall and hurt herself. I'll probably wait a few more weeks at least. She is really anxious I feel like to get an upgrade, though!

How big is the small enclosure? Some juvi chase can last a cham for six months. Welcome to the forums too! You'll find a lot of info at this friendly community
