I am just wonder how much my 3 week old chameleon should eat? I just have been feeding him crickets but tomorrow I am going out to get some food and wondering what else I should feed him along with the crickets and how many of each? I have been bowl feeding him 6-8 1/4 inch crickets per day gut loaded with carrots and cricket drink with calcium.

Thank you!

He's a baby he should be eating more than that. My male was 2.5 months old when I got him and was eating 15-20 a day. Also try fruit flies:)

Welcome to the forums. Congrats on your new veiled baby. As babies you can feed them 2 to 3 times a day and give them all that they want at each feeding. Along with crickets you can offer fruit flies, house flies, Phoenix worms, baby silkworms, baby hornworms, baby super worms, freshly hatched mantis, bean beetles and in a few more weeks blue bottle flies and freshly hatched roaches. I have a blog for new keepers I'm attaching for you below to help you keep your little one healthy and happy.
