I have a YL locale, have heard the OE's and others tend to have different personalities. Craig can probably answer your question better, but IME my yellow lip is very relaxed, and indifferent to me, a bit aloof at times. Doesn't seem to mind handling too much when I have to or me being around which is cool. I've heard a lot of parson's are more on the shy side.

On a side note, melleri and pygmies can be housed together lol, go figure one of the largest and smallest species.

I think it all depends on the individual Parson’s personality. So don’t mind being held and some don’t like being looked at lol.
