yes you can although it is much harder to do when they are young and its not alway guaranteed. Post a side profile picture of it and we should be able to help you out.

color and the hemipenal buldge,... usually you cant sex till about 2-3 months and even then you can misjudge..

males are often dark in color and females tend to take on a pink/orange hue
