Got my first baby panther chameleon yesterday.. I live in a tropical country and day temperature ranges from 86-92F any tips? thanks in advance

I assume those temperatures are outside and not inside the house? A baby under 6 months should have a basking spot in the low 80's and a nice gradient, about 70 at the botton rising up to 80-85 at the basking spot. As for misting it depends on how fast his enclouser dries out. You dont wan't the enclouser constantly soaked, when you do mist make sure everything in his viv is wet with droplets and let the enclouser dry and then spray again.
