I am picking up a 4 month old Panther this week, I have a setup ready to go for the little guy, it is 18x18x36 , Will that be to big for him ? Should I start him off in a smaller setup ?

no that will be fine. I started my 3 month old off in a 18 X 30 x 36 and he did fine. He was able to hunt crickets just fine in that size also.

Thanks, Never had a baby this young before and this is my first panther, I keep Jackson's .

I would probably make a cup feeder for it though, that will assure he eats. I don't know if you already have on so I just thought i would throw that in there. Good luck!

I would recommend that you make a cricket feeder using a plastic pint size
milk bottle (do YouTube search for "home made cricket feeder").

I had one for all my chams but my male jack preferes snagging his food directly off the vines and leaves, natural style ;)

My Yemen cham loves his and will get inside it with only his tail visable
sticking out of it!!
He also gets in it to let me know he is hungry :)
