I got her two days ago at an expo and yesterday i noticed she has been closing one eye. she can still open it, and it doesnt look sunken or anything, but she still keeps it closed a lot. she is it a glass terrarium with a mesh top for ventilation. any thoughts please help i dont want her to die shes only a baby and because of that this could turn out bad.
She hasn't opened it since last night and I really need some help.
She has some crickets crawling around in there to eat, a water basin, vines to climb on, live plants to have extra fresh air, I mist twice a day, reptiglo 5.0 lamp I'm getting a normal basking lamp today in addition, she's about an inch and a half long. Every time I mist she almost falls over and I'm not spraying her directly just the tank. Just now she fell off her vine but she got right back up.

Hello! We will need some more information from you in order to provide help. Please fill out the how to ask for help sticky. It is at the top of the health forum. Just copy the questions into your response and fill in your enclosure specs.

There are many reasons why they close their eyes. Usually it is a sign of illness or improper lighting.

what kind of information? She is a baby jacksons chameleon female. The lighting is reptiglo 5.o uvb. she is in a ten gallon tank with mesh top for ventilation.
