So my panther is now about 8-9 weeks old and I'm wondering when to move him to a bigger viv. He's currently in a 30x30x45 exo terra viv and I've bought a 65 gallon flexarium. Is this too big for him?

That seems pretty big... He could be in that enclosure once he's a little older, I think. You may want to get something more like an 18x18x30 or something along those lines.

cages are never too big so long as a baby can get to heat, uvb, and food.

30X30X45 is cm, not inches. Its perfect for a baby but cause it is a glass terrarium maybe it can get too hot.
