Hi guys I'm in need of a little help, I purchased a vailed chameleon Sunday (2 days ago) he's around 5" head to tail unsure of the age. He is housed in a Vivexotic viva arboreal vivarium 3ft tall 2ft wide. He has a basking spot of 85 and the bottom of the cage is around 70. He has 2 live plants hibiscus plenty of plastic hanging vines branches etc. I also have an exo terra monsoon for misting. Lights are on for 12 hours per day 8:30am 8:30pm. Since Sunday he has eaten around 4 hoppers dusted in calcium, but has been sleeping in the hanging vines most of the 2 days which from what I read may not be a good thing? I no he needs to get used to his new environment but he is not active enough to explore it. I'm really worries as already in attached to this little guy and want to understand why he may be doing this? Any help would be very grateful
