hey guys so idk if youve seen my post about my new cham and talking about if i can feed him pheonix worms. well if you dont know he is a 8 week old male veiled chameleon. i got him when he was 6 weeks old. since the day i got he hasnt ate all that much. maybe a cricket here and there 2-3 crickets a day. he seemed full. in the past 2 weeks ive had him he has grown! not much but hes grown! he is a healthy little cham! very active. i thought he would be a forosious eater like people say babies are. but nahh hes not a really big fan of eating. his colors are always lime green and happy. his feces is real healthy looking a small solid brown with a white the on the bottom with it(urine). hes a poop machine. hes probably 3 1/2 inches including tail. weigh 2 grams and seems all normal. hes in a 20 gal tall screen enclosure. he has alot of foliage. temps in basking spot is 83 degrees and rest of cage 75-77 around there(normal) he gets sprayed 3-4 times a day maybe 20 secs each session. he has a 10.0 uvb light that is going to be raised up alittle higher to lower down the UVB. hmm what else.. for feeding he has a cup of crickets and dubia roaches(appropriate size) wich he rarely goes to! everything is good! idk why he doesnt want to eat! he is fat and healthy. but he doesnt eat often! should i worry?im weighing him and he seems to do fine. ooohhh! for supplementation 4x a week pure calcium and vitamin+D3 2x a month. i put him to the cup and hes not interested and just goes to his basking spot. ive tried free range but nahh same results
