baby chameleon lighting and cages

hi everyone im wondering what lighting i should get for baby chameleons my jackson cleo is pregnant and I need to set up cages but everything i've found is crazy expensive, what would you guys recommend for lighting and cages?

I’ll post pics below. Basically, these are just plain old plastic containers measuring 12x8x6. Cut the top out and replace with screen. Do the same with the lid (which will end up being the front). I recently started building in hinged doors, I’ll post those pics too. Each enclosure cost about $6. Since they are 12” long, one four foot t5 will cover four enclosures.

For your enclosure on the babies,do you not use a basking light?

To be honest, I don’t use basking lights with any of my chameleons.

Thank you,I have a baby jackson and a 75 w basking lamp but he doesn't go near the basking lamp always stays at the bottom and under leaves. Thank you again

Yeah, my guess is that a 75 watt is way too hot. But double check. You don't want your jx hiding from the light, and therefore not getting his uvb, because its too hot.
