My Jackson just gave birth to 13 babies on Tuesday (4 days ago) and I've been trying to feed them everyday. I unleash a ton of fruit flies but they mostly fall to the bottom and the ones that do run by the babies don't seem to get eaten up I spray them at least 3 times a day and have a constant stream of humidity in the cage and they seem to drink ok. Should I be worried?

Baby chams seem to be very shy about eating in front of you. You might not see them eat but check for tiny poo and if you find some you ar probably fine;);)

That's how I knew our baby veileds were eating. I thought all the ff's were escaping till I saw tiny poops in the cage lol 2 weeks later I finally caught one eating.

Congrats on the babies. Can I ask did your female show any signs before she gave birth? I have a potentially pregnant female and I am just checking for any sign more than a pudgy belly. Thank you
