I was just wondering if there are any problems associated with offspring of a wild caught chameleon. Specifically, offspring of a male wc and female captive bred. Just wondering if there is anything to be concerned about in cases such as these. Thanks!
Essentially all chameleons at one point were WC. If your question is whether or not you can breed your WC male with a CB female the answer is yes BUT, make sure your WC male is in good health and parisite free, this is actually something you should do when mixing any two chameleons. WC or CB can have parasites and before mixing them together a good health check would be a good idea you would want to prevent one speading disease to another. Hope this answers your question

Yes, it helps. Thank you. I found some that I am interested in and I saw that the sire was a wc. I just wanted to ask and see if there was anything to be on the lookout for. This will be my first chameleon, so I just wanted to see if there was anything I should know.
