neat lil vid, bylaws are messed up... here there is still a bylaw that says yo are allowed to walk your cattle down main st from 10-2 on sat, and that it is illegall to have a buisness on main st where there is not a place to tie up your horse LoL.
they are old bylaws and not enforced, but still funny.
