The knee doesn't look right. It looks very swollen and misshaped. It does appear to be larger than in your first pictures.

I agree. I've been reading and it seems like it is gout, or at least it looks like it. I don't know what else it could be. I'm going to take him to the vet the beginning of next week. I just hope it's not too late to be taken care of.
