Attempt at making a furniture quality cage

So I'm thinking about making a furniture quality cage, for when I get my panther chameleon (I will be placing the order this weekend!), on one condition. Is it ok if the front of the cage is acrylic and the back wood, with a background? I know that chameleons need a lot of airflow so thats why I'm concerned.

Note::
Left, Right, and top of the cage would all be aluminum screen.

Yes that would be fine! Lots of people use only partially screened enclosures with success. As long as there is not stagnant air, and with three panels of screen I doubt there would be.
