At bottom of cage

So while at work I had my boyfriend check on Pesto, he was near the bottom of the enclosure. Not all the way on the bottom, but I have a small umbrella plant that I am growing at the bottom (there is a stick in it he can climb in and out of) that he was on. I know usually being at the bottom of the cage isnt a good sign. Should I be worried, or is he probably still just exploring his new home? I can post a picture of exactly where he was when I get home.

He's probably just looking for a good place to sleep. Being at the bottom of the enclosure isn't necessarily a bad sign. Little man's still just exploring his new territory.

Ok cool. You know I'm just super paranoid right now with the issues you had with your boy :( I told my boyfriend how closing his eyes is a bad sign and he said "we sat there staring at each other for a good 30 seconds before I decided he was probably fine"

Just keep a close eye on him. Yours is much more developed than mine was. I think you and him will be fine but keep us up to date if anything changes.
