the one thing i really hate is that my carpet keep getting wet and it cause my room to get smelly. does anyone suffer this problem too?

is it from water hitting the bottom and splashing out, or from a mister misting out the sides or what? just cover the sides and front bottom panel with something and you should be good.

cut open a trash bag and place your cage ontop of it so that it is spread out and flat, covering the ground that would be getting wet.

I don't have this problem, but that's what we did for our bunny's cage to keep the carpet clean.

This can be fixed easily! First, spread some newspaper or paper towels around the cage to find out how far away the water dripping goes. Then get some plastic, some door mats, a towel, or even a shower curtain and lay it over the carpet in this area.
