the 1st pic is Euchorthippus pulvinatus pulvinatus!
the 2nd pic is Katydids a member of the order Orthoptera (grasshoppers, katydids, crickets, etc.) and the family Tettigoniidae.
the 3rd and 4th pic is Chorthippus albomarginatus
the 5th pic is Chorthippus parallelus
the 6th pic is a male of Chorthippus brunneus.
the 7th pic is Lesser Marsh Grasshopper, Chorthippus albomarginatus
the 8th pic is Leptophyes punctatissima

the spring is here soon ill go hunt some species and breed them and see how it goes! i really like them better than crickets !
as far as getting them from wild and feed them directly to the cham i guess its wrong we dont know what food they ate or if they were exposed to pesticided insectcieds ! bull if i breed them it will be ok!
 
Katydids and grasshoppers (except Romalea guttata) are good feeder choices. If you had to pick just one grasshopper to breed, choose the green-est one. Chams love green food. In terms of nutritional value, Im not aware of a major difference between them
 
Theyre all safe:) Im gonna try another hopper breeding project this summer, last years I had a spill and dropped a couple hundred after hours of collecting lol
