are these normal basking colors?

well most of the time he basks he gets those spots and colors!at sunlight he gets more vibrant and an intese yellow stripes!does he look ok to you?

He looks dehydrated his eyes are a little sunken. What kind of UV are you useing because his legs look a little suspect to me.

urates white,eyes ok,legs ok it just the angle of the pic!i use 10.0 uva but mostely sunlight!
