Are these eye turrets swollen abnormally?

Especially his right eye? Noticed this while looking at these pics

They do look a little puffy around the rim of the turret. It could be a sign of infection or irritation. Give him an extra long warm misting or shower (20-30 minutes) so he can clean his eyes out really well. If it doesn't go down or gets worse, a visit to the vet will be needed. Hopefully, it's just a bit of irritation and will clear up with a good eye cleaning session.
