If you're talking about a DIY misting system, yes. Theres a few good ones on youtube you could look up. Usually they cost anywhere from $30-$60 bucks to make.

As for installing a mistking / aquazamp / monsoon / etc...Not sure.

If you want to buy the best, i'd go with mistking or aquazamp. Preferably mistking.
