Are thee plants safe

i was wondering if this plant was safe for my chameleon cage one I think is a vinca vine

The top is the vinca

The second plant is a euonymous...maybe emerald gaiety...but there are a lot of different ones in the family somits hard to be sure. Most are poisonous.

I don't know the one you said is vinca. All the vinca I've seen has plain green leaves and I know that species is toxic. It could be a variegated vinca.
