Are the cages too close together?

We have our veiled, one male, one female in 4 x 2 x2 ft cages on tables-- one on each side of a door inside our room, they each have leaf covered vines and live large plants as well as bendable vine to walk on.

Question-- should I block the view from each other? I can add a panel of fabric to one side of his cage if I need to.

Please advise..

I was told on here to block their view. I removed the sheet the other day to clean and forgot to put it back. Found my female later that day trying to eat our males cricket even though it was in his cage.

yes i would block the veiw stress is a big issue with male and females seeing each other unless breeding time and what i would use is at the petsores the sell prints mostly for the back of fish tanks but i use them on the sides of my cages they look a little nicer then a sheet or shower curtain ect. they help a bit wth humidity and repel water goood luck hope i helped

thanks for the help, I have them about 3 feet apart were she cannot get to his cage but I will get the panel from the petstore just to give them more privacy. less stress.
