Are D3 supplements needed with sunlight?

If you're chameleon gets a lot of sunlight, my situation is 20+ hours of sunlight a week through a screen mesh cage. Does it still need D3 with calcium supplement every 2 weeks?

No. Infact some vendors sell "outdoor" formulas for calcium.

No with that amount of sunlight you won’t need D3 the sun will give your chameleon all the D3 it needs. You will still need to supplement calcuim without d3 though and multivitamins.
