Apollo on his first day out!

Hey everyone!

I improvised bringing Apollo to the Balcony today on a really small plant to see if he liked it. He ate a wax worm from one of the leaves, so I dare say he enjoyed his little sunshine time!

I'll be buying a bigger plant tomorrow so he can roam around a bit more!

I think he looks lovely! he's 16g (weighed today for the first time).

Apollo is a handsome little guy! Merlin, my panther, loves it when he gets to go on the deck on his umbrella plant! It's so good for them and I love that they show better colors in the natural light!

I don't believe so, it looks different than mine anyway. I'm not sure what it might be (I'm not well versed in plants at all!)

No, it isn't an umbrella plant, It's the only other plant that I have in my house, apart from the ones in his enclosure. Since I let him go outside with constant supervision (as to not eat it), I thought it would be ok to let him climb it

if you want, I can get you the name of the plant when I get home.

I'll be buying a hibiscus plant to leave outside as his "outside" apartment!

I really enjoyed seeing him outside, he looked very happy after the first few minutes.

He's going to love that hibiscus! I should get one too. They grow all over the place where I live but they spray them with insecticides. A better word is soak them.

Yeah, I would Like to know the name of that plant if it's no biggie.

Turns out the plant is a common orchid, safe for chameleons

The scientific name is dendrobium nobile
