yes, if he will eat them they will not harm him, assuming they are on safe plants and not sprayed with anything
I found my baby chameleons didnt care for aphids much though.
 
Are there any other critters that I can find around the greenhouse that they would like? If they are on a plant that is not on the safe list can I take them off of that plant and put them on a safe plant? In my case it would be from a Tropial Milk Weed to a Hibiscus.
 
I don't think it works like that. A lot of aphids will only use certain host plants. And even if they did decide to go for the hibiscus, I don't know if they would still have any toxic stuff left over from the milkweed.

Maybe try checking for some wild cabbage/mustard plants? I find tons of aphids on those when it gets cold. They huddle together.

Edit: You could try culturing wild fruit flies, but those are a huge pain in the butt since they can fly everywhere and your house will have them all over the place. I would just buy a culture of flightless fruit flies or pinhead crickets.
 
Aphids love hibiscus but I see what you are saying about the toxicity. I really appreciate any help I can get! I want to make sure I am handling things right. I figured that I should try to offer as much variety as possible. I will stick to crickets until I have researched it more. What fruits and veggies do they tend to like?
