Anyone using 1/4 screen mesh?

Would like to hear from anyone using 1/4 or 1/8" mesh for their cage. Having a difficult time finding what I really want so I may have to go with the larger size. If your using 1/4, how is it working out as far as feeders go? Thanks for any input. David

I am using the 1/4" hardware cloth for one of my cages (here is a pic before it was fully inhabited):

Insects would/do escape from this size mesh. Especially crickets and superworms. Not so much dubia and silk worms. We had our larges cham in here, which luckily hand feeds most of the time. He has since moved to an outside all screen cage (for more ventilation). We constructed a bucket like this to hang and put feeders in, but rarely used it:

I use it, just cup feed and you will have no problems whatsoever...go to lowes, or tell them to special order it, it is really common stuff.

i ues it on my Fishers enclosure with no problems cup feeding works out well for me.
