Anyone seen this before? Lump!

I found this lump on Leopold's hind leg, just noticed it but it has probably been there for a while, who knows. It is soft and squishy, not hard, which makes me think fatty lump, no big deal, but he doesn't really eat much fat, let alone eat much at all. Anyone else have this problem before?

Luie has knots on his left leg and the vet thinks they are bone spurs but they are hard. He did bloodwork and said the bloodwork looked great. I still worry about them.

Yeah this isn't a bone spur. It is soft and moveable.
