I am assuming, the patches on the male are as a result of photo quality.
I am also going to assume that the breeder has pit the 2 females in at the same time maybe to double the chances or the clutches, did I miss something else?

I am actually seeing the whole thing as being a problem. It is actually a 6'ish month old male and female, probably from the same clutch, and a 3-4 month old male panther. The poor panther is just terrified. Needless to say, this was in a local pet store.
For the most part the setup was good (as far as pet stores go) decent foliage, a dripper instead of standing water in a bowl. All three animals looked pretty healthy as well, no sunken eyes or obvious MBD (yet). If I had the room or money, I may have even rescued one of them (probably the panther).

I had assumed this was a very temporary setup, for a breeder, I can not zoom on this tablet, so not really getting enough size reference to determine age.
Yes be I know, this is a far from perfect arrangement.
I often rescue things..... This is often why I have no money.
Extreme perhaps, but I spent £1000 on every new enclosure..... and of course it is a catch 22 without the demand there would be no supply, without supply there would be none of this happening in stores.

I didn't even see the panther at first! Terrible. Some of the local pet stores really wanted to buy some of my baby panthers to sell them. This is why I said no...

While I agree that obviously this is not an ideal situation, reptile shops are meant to be a very temporary setup. I deliver insects to most the shops here in Denver. I personally am pretty impressed with the quality of reptiles in most of the shops. I have come to know several of the shop owners and really like most of them. They are just small business owners trying to make a living doing what they love. They are not going to be experts on every species they carry.
As of right now. About half the shops call me for advise on their chameleons. They want to be able to pass on the correct care of their animals. When I give advise, I try to be respectful and realistic. Most of my advise starts with a warning about chameleon keepers

Are there good breeders in the Denver area?
I'm new to the area and considering getting back into keeping chams- this time I just want a male panther. I know the reptile show is in Denver on Sat.
So I was wondering if anyone had recommendations or knew of any older males FS in or around Denver
