Looks like a medium reptibreeze cage. Just fill it with vines and foliage. Lots of horizontal, vertical, and diagonal vines with lots of leafy cover will help the cham feel at home.

Pothos or a small umbrella plant will fit nicely. Vines can be bought at any pet store or online.
