anyone has Surinam roaches?

I have found a couple of this roaches in my garden.
I was thinking about catching them and breed them...
I´ve heard that they seem to be an invasive plague.
But I think I can really handle them...
Anyone has any experience with them? and knows how can I correctly breed them and feed them?

Many forum members breed them on here. I believe Olympia does... you might shoot her a PM.

I have a colony and I like them. They can climb so I use olive oil as a barrier and a nice 2-3 inch deep substrate for them. They breed like crazy because they are all females and parthenogenic. Very quick breeders for sure. My chameleons like them, and the babies are small enough for baby veileds and panthers.
