Any trouble with Mistking bulkhead leaking??

i have had my Mistking for about two months and the bulkhead has been leaking for a few weeks.

The bulkhead on my water reservoir leaked a bit when I first installed it. It's because I didn't drill the hole 100% straight and it was at an angle just a hair. So I took some non-toxic quick drying silicone and put a thin layer around the bulkhead before trying to install it again. This fixed my leaky problem and it has never dripped water since. If yours just started leaking, it could be an O-ring going bad. I'd say, try replacing the O-ring or try to put some silicone around the bulkhead and re-installing it to see how that works.

Haven't had the bulk head leak on me to date and have been running the Mistking system for nearly 1 1/2 +/- years now. What you might do is pull your bulkhead from your water container and inspect it. Dry the parts well and take a good look. You might find that the o-ring is missing, or that the bulkhead was not tightened enough or tightened too much. Is your watr container "warped" where the bulkhead sits? Finger tight should be just fine. You may have pinched the o-ring in the threads causing the o-ring not to seal completely and causing the leak. Worst case scenario is that you order a new one.

Or get an o-ring at the hardware store in the plumbing section! Take the old 1 with you to get the right size replacement!
