any advice on feeding?

hi guys! i noticed that my cham doesn't eat as often from his feeding bowl. it seems like he gets "bored" and only eats food that is frantically running around. he mostly eats from my hand, and rarely from his bowl, which is a struggle for me because i am usually busy. is there anyway to get him to eat from his bowl more often

yes. you cannot see in it unless looking at it from the top

Try a feeder run cup my Jackson’s loved his when I used it you can get one on full throttle feeders, sunset chameleons, tk chameleons has a shooting gallery attached to the screen or you can diy one chameleon academy has a video on YouTube on how to do it cheap. I will add Ive never gotten one from them but sunset chameleons cups look absolutely incredible like a cool little tree hollow
