Amy - A Low End Pied?

Brad's thread about his translucent hatchlings has jogged my memory about Amy. It has been suggested to me by members on a UK forum that Amy is a low end pied/translucent. I had forgotten about it until I saw Brad's thread today. The colouring doesn't go all the way down to her toes and soles like Tommy's does. Here's few pics of her feet from various angles - what do you guys think?

I kind of see what you are talking about. Your cham is very pretty regardless. It is possible you do have a low end.

I have two female veileds and their feet look just the same as Amy's.

Hey Tiff , do they look see through or white? I see what you are saying in the post but can't quite make it out.

What I can tell you is she is a High End Girl no matter how you look at it.

Thanks Ryan. They are not white, they are flesh coloured like human skin. It kind of looks like the same colour as the soles of her feet, like she's wearing socks! Will try to get some better pics.

Edit - found this pic taken back in August. Is it any help? The green on her toes is kind of see through - not solid like the green on her body.

I think you are Tiff! Sorry! Her toes look exactly the same as Hugo's. I though that this was normal veiled feet?

I was thinking the same thing . . .

And Tiff my females have the same looking feet and there are no translucent veileds in S.A that i know of.

Search in google images : translucent veiled chameleons and check the enlarged pics, check their legs very pink and you can see the veins in the legs and all hence the name translucent.

the trans will have a pink or white feet. You actually will be able to see there pink veins in the the trans areas as well. Amy's feet appear to be of a normal phase veiled. She sure is a cutie Your veileds are always happy girls tho
