It look either cap est or boraha. The difference between them is very subtle and harder to see when theyre young. Seems to be quite a few boraha looking panthers popping up in the US as of late. Has a shipment come in lately?

I don't know about US, cause I'm from Poland. We got this guy from Czech. And one of his parents was from Germany. That's all I know.

Ah. in that case mate, its more likely you have a nosy Boraha or Masoala (Cap Est). It could even be a cross with Cap Est or Boraha. Its very nice!

Theyre more common in Europe, especially in Germany. I got my Cap Est imported into Germany.

Well he was sold to me as an ambilobe. I saw his parents, so I think the only mixed-up possible is if the dam wasn't abmilobe and the breeder did't know about it. Or maybe he is pure ambilobe, but hasn't colored up yet?

I am 100% confident you have a young Cap Est, Masoala. That is not Ambilobe. If you paid for an Ambilobe and got this guy, good find!!!
