I see a slight blue tint on cheeks. But not enough to catch pics. I think this is a her, but wanted extra input. There is nothing on tail but just before the base. These are best pics i could get.

You are correct, you have a beautiful little female! As for local you can't tell with females so you just have to trust the breeder on what local she is.

Yes, it is a her! She has the thinner tail and the little indent before it.

Awesome. Thanks guys. I trust the source for local. She is from blue kai blood line at panther company, i even checked with them. Someone local traded her to me. I just saw blue in cheek and really wanted a girl to pair with my male of unknown locale.
